This fully remodeled condo offers a bright, open-concept layout that connects the living area with the kitchen and dining space. Whether you're spending time together after a day out or enjoying a quiet night in, the flow of the home makes it easy to settle in.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped with Bosch appliances, granite countertops, a full tile backsplash, a farmhouse sink, and a large prep island. A dining table provides space for shared meals, while the layout makes it easy to cook and connect at the same time.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom also includes a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Outdoor space
A screened lanai overlooks lush landscaping and the 5th green of the East Golf Course. Furnished for both lounging and dining, it’s an inviting spot to start your morning or wind down in the evening.

Amenities & convenience
Enjoy Wifi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, TV, and self check-in with keypad access. Free parking on premises and access to a community pool are also included.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
