Living spaces
The open-concept layout keeps living and dining flowing together. Settle into the sofa for a movie on the HDTV, catch up at the dedicated workspace, or let the air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep things comfortable. Keypad self check-in at the private entrance means arrival is on your terms - two parking spaces are included.
 
Sleeping arrangements
All three bedrooms are furnished with king beds. The primary bedroom sits on the main level with a private ensuite featuring a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own ensuite, and one opens to a balcony overlooking the greenery.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Cook a shared breakfast before heading out, or wind down with a home-cooked dinner after a day on the water.
 
Outdoor & community
The patio and balcony offer calm pond views. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock. The community pool and clubhouse are open to guests. Golf tee times at the TPC course or The Yards, along with pickleball reservations, can be booked independently at nearby facilities.
 
Additional details
Washer, dryer, bathroom essentials, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all provided. Dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees - assistance animals are always welcome.
