Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were very thin. Hardly any lighting in the living area. Had to ask front desk for an ice bucket. The toilet was crazy loud when flushed. The shower H/C dials were backwards so it was frustrating trying to get the water to the correct temp. Staff was very friendly. Free bottled water and afternoon cookies were a nice touch. Overall decent hotel but wouldn’t stay here again- mainly based on the lumpy uncomfortable bed
