Did the job. But our room was absolutely tiny for 2 people. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner. For someone who just needs somewhere to sleep then it’s perfect. More cooking facilities are needed, we had to buy our own

Central and handy to Queenstown restaurants and shops. Increased heating in common areas (guest lounge in particular), and being made aware of building works before booking would have been appreciated. Room size and bathroom good. Bed comfy. Thank you

Directly above the town. The city centre is a few minutes walk down the hill from Melbourne Lodge (double that walking back up!), so really close to the central city without being in the middle of it all. Because it is up the hill, it has good views - our room had a nice view over the town and the lake etc. Staff were friendly and helpful.
