Im not sure what happened, but we stood 4 days at this hotel and housekeeping NEVER came to clean our room. My husband and I mentioned this in the front and got additional towels from the front desk. But this was not good, we would go out all day and then go back to the hotel room with our son and nothing was cleaned. Based on previous good reviews I was disappointed by this. We also complained about a clogged toilet that didn’t get fixed till the last day.
Pros- the pool was nice, the breakfast was hearty at Mulligans. Bed was comfy. The location is nice, not too far from the beaches.
Cons- sometimes the elevator smells like wet dog and our room was never cleaned. Also the lady at check in forgot to give me the breakfast vouchers and i had to pay for the first day out of pocket for my husband myself and son. The next day i asked about the free breakfast, and then she remembered the vouchers. She said she would try and see if she could get us money back or some type of compensation, but never did. And the refrigerator was extremely loud in the room, it had a bad motor we had to shut it off and not save any food.
I wish there was better communication at this hotel between staff and housekeeping/ service. This was a huge disappointment for the price paid.
