The home is designed to accommodate up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a King bed along with a TV and storage for your belongings. The second bedroom includes two Double beds, offering flexible sleeping options. An upstairs loft with a Queen futon provides an additional space for relaxing, reading, or resting.

Outdoor living
The screened porch is a standout feature, offering peaceful marsh views and a comfortable place to enjoy the outdoors without interruption. A patio or balcony area, along with a backyard space, provides additional room to step outside. A BBQ grill and outdoor dining setup make it easy to enjoy meals in the open air.

This property is located within Sawgrass Country Club. Sawgrass Golf & Country Club amenities are private. Guests have access only to the community pool. Community beach access is via a beach access point only - there is no parking at the access point.
