Manager behavior is not professional
Hotel manager named Emaf is not professional at all. We tried to made changes to our reservation which was agreed by the Hotels.com but that manager did not accept that request. On the contrary he refused to receive our calls and communication. He is a very insane guy..otherwise the service of the hotel is good.
