We liked the location. Just up the hill from town. We enjoy our walks. The studio room was too small to stay in for a week. Would be ok for a night or 2 though. There’s a steel structural beam obstructing your view as well as it taking up so much room. Overall we loved our time in Queenstown and always out and about early till late so we use the room to sleep in only. It’s in a great location for bus tours and shuttles. All leave from very nearby.

The property is quite close to Queenstown CBD about 10 minutes. Had a nice view. The room we selected was smaller than we thought and shower did not provide any soap or body wash. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar services since there are many other and better options in town.

Excellent amenities in room however spoilt by being woken at 0400 each morning as bins emptied underneath the room and general noises of other guests above and at the side, particularly slamming doors. The lake view was a dissappointing glimpse of the lake. Overal the cost of £215 a night wasnt good value.

We had a great stay! Room facilities where perfect and the staff were very friendly. The only minor thing I could mention is the positioning of the AC in the room did not help to cool the room at all. Even with the AC on it still got quite hot where the bed was. But other han that a great hotel and would definitely stay again!

Really nice place to stay in Queenstown! Very clean and comfortable, with very nice staff. There were amazing views from our window, and the room had a small kitchenette and washer/dryer, which we didn't expect but really appreciated. Parking (which we booked ahead-of-time) was very secure and located in a small car park garage underneath the building (key card entry from the back of the building). We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely hotel walking distance from the CBD of Queenstown. The room was gorgeous. I used the laundry in our bathroom, the dishwasher, the microwave, our kitchenette room had everything. It was the last 3 days of our big holiday and we could NOT have made a better, more comfortable choice. We highly recommend the Ramada.

Room was fantastic - reserved a lake view suite it’s was spacious clean and view did not disappoint! Restaurant was horrible do not suggest adding breakfast - honestly the worst buffet ever experienced and staff was not friendly.

Spacious, modern accommodation in a central location. We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment and it was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great supply of toiletries, comfortable beds, functional kitchenette and laundry facilities including a dryer, that was a bonus. The only thing that wasn’t great is a fan that was connected to the light in both bathrooms. It was extremely noisy and given bathrooms are very close to beds it was inconvenient at times.
