My room was not properly serviced for two days. It was only serviced on the 3rd day because I complained, Finally my bed was made, with clean sheets and the crockery was replaced, as it had not been washed. When I complained, there was an apology but also an excuse "we are short staffed". However there was no offer of a discount. They charged full price but delivered substandard service. If you plan to stay here, at checking, ask if they are short staffed!

Linda, there is a card in your room explaining that housekeeping is limited at the Orange Traffic Light setting and FYI, our rates are about half of what they usually would be given that is the case, so it's a shame you didn't fact-check before launching.

Beautifully appointed studio room. Had everything including washing machine, dryer, microwave, dish washer, oven, toaster, pots....on top of the things you'd expect. Due to covid and nation wide staff shortages there was no restaurants or room service availabilities. Overall really exceeded expectations and a short stroll to main business area, waterfront and pubs scenes.

Very clean and fresh with comfortable bed and friendly staff but insufficient alternative seating and no utensils other than teaspoons cups and glasses.

The wonderful news is that next time if you book a Studio or category or higher, rather than our lead-in room type with a rom description telling you that it only has tea and coffee making facilities, then you will receive all those features that you missed out on by booking the wrong room type, so a full kitchen, microwave dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, glassware + even a washing machine and dryer come with every room except the one you selected, being a Hotel Room.
