We liked the location. Just up the hill from town. We enjoy our walks. The studio room was too small to stay in for a week. Would be ok for a night or 2 though. There’s a steel structural beam obstructing your view as well as it taking up so much room. Overall we loved our time in Queenstown and always out and about early till late so we use the room to sleep in only. It’s in a great location for bus tours and shuttles. All leave from very nearby.

The property is quite close to Queenstown CBD about 10 minutes. Had a nice view. The room we selected was smaller than we thought and shower did not provide any soap or body wash. Didn’t use the restaurant or bar services since there are many other and better options in town.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. I knocked down my rating a star because it is a 10 minute walk up and down a hill to go into town. Otherwise, it was fine.

Great location, a short 5-10 minute walk from town. If you need parking, drop that request into the booking needs - there aren’t that many spots. There is street parking around the hotel, but can be tricky to grab a spot depending on time of day. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was great and the view of the lake was a highlight. The bed was very comfortable. Shockingly the hotel restaurant was delicious and offers a decent happy hour. The breakfast wrap was one of the best things we ate in Queenstown. The only complaint we had was the toilet and bathroom door were tight, but we would happily stay here again.

Excellent amenities in room however spoilt by being woken at 0400 each morning as bins emptied underneath the room and general noises of other guests above and at the side, particularly slamming doors. The lake view was a dissappointing glimpse of the lake. Overal the cost of £215 a night wasnt good value.

We had a great stay! Room facilities where perfect and the staff were very friendly. The only minor thing I could mention is the positioning of the AC in the room did not help to cool the room at all. Even with the AC on it still got quite hot where the bed was. But other han that a great hotel and would definitely stay again!

Really nice place to stay in Queenstown! Very clean and comfortable, with very nice staff. There were amazing views from our window, and the room had a small kitchenette and washer/dryer, which we didn't expect but really appreciated. Parking (which we booked ahead-of-time) was very secure and located in a small car park garage underneath the building (key card entry from the back of the building). We would definitely stay here again!

Room was fine; however checking in we were made to wait until precisely 3:00pm in reception and had to ask for our room even then and transpired it could have been accessed earlier even though we’d explained we’d had a 24+ hour journey. Seemed rather discourteous really. Disappointing
