Disgusting place, horrible staff they're all about as useful as a brick. Hairs, bugs, dirt, smelled horrible. No one could keep a straight story with a refund. Charged extra money for unknown reasons. Just don't bother going here and if you do get ready to dispute it with your bank, because the staff and manager will lie to you about a refund.

Great location but nothing like the pictures

The location is great very close too American dream and MetLife but the pictures did not match what this place looks like the lobby looks nothing like the pictures ,yes the rooms are remodeled but definitely needs a update on everything else.we also we're on the 2nd floor and the vending machine and ice machine did not work ,also we wanted extra blankets and were told there were no more if.if you are handicapped they're are no elevators only ramps.

There was a wheelchair ramp which I needed and the housekeeping staff yelled at me and locked the door so I couldn’t use it. I was there 5 days and my room wasn’t cleaned once. The floor outside my room was coming up and falling apart. Horrible experience.

There was a good experience for one night only. I got tickets for JonasCon and was concerned about getting a room nearby to American Dream mall, which was a 5 minute short drive by uber and a good location for what I needed. I just got disappointed about the bathroom in general. There was hair everywhere, I assume it was from last guests; besides the toilet flush wasn’t working at all so it was messy and eventually got a bit disgusting. The last issue was the room’s front door, hard to open, hard to close it. For one night it was okay, but for longer periods I wouldn’t consider nice. Good thing is: I needed a place to keep my luggage even though I had checked out, they could keep the whole day until I could get there at night after the event.

please repairs locks

lock was bust off door, had to screw back in with screw found on floor, socket covers broken off sockets, found dirty clothes and notes from previous person , ghetto paint job on the bathroom door.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with some areas needing more attention. While the staff was friendly, the overall comfort level was disappointing. With a bit more focus on cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could provide a much better experience for guests.

The bathtub was very dirty looking, the sheets did not look like they had been changed and the courtyard smelled strongly of marijuana. The first think I did in the morning was check to see if my car was still there. The only positive was the price... I guess you get what you pay for.
