I arrived a hour before check-in and my room was ready. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. I stayed for one night and in the morning housekeeping still came in the morning to see if I needed anything. Both checking-in and checking-out, were a smooth process. Love that they had plenty of parking available. When I got in late it was easy to find parking. They also keep lemon water in the lobby by the elevator.

Good spot!

Bed and room were comfortable but what sets it apart is the staff! They are sweet and very friendly, they even let us check in a little early which was super appreciated, and were very kind about letting us keep some luggage there while we went to explore before a flight. Would stay again!

Ok to stay.

The staff was friendly and very helpful and the beds were comfortable. The end room air-conditioning unit did not disturb my sleep once I put the fan on "constant". The room had all you need. If you're doing a short stay, this is as good place to stay as any.

Decent but warn

The hotel staff were immediately friendly and helpful. The room itself was a no frills king bed room. Not big, but we were only there for a night for an event at Metlife. The proximity for the price was the best part! The bed was also very comfortable so I was able to peacefully rest after the event. The only two concerns I had which was absolutely manageable on my part was how warm/hot the common spaces were. The hallway and elevator were the most noticeably warm spaces. The shower head was also incredibly strong. Like - fire hose strong. As I said, it wasn’t something to make a fuss about at the time because we were only there for a night and spent minimal time outside of the room when at the property. Overall, a decent stay. Would stay again.

I would have appreciated a bistro with wine or beer options. I would have also used a sofa that does accommodate a third body? Really poor lighting in the room! I wish I had been told that I had to request the room to be cleaned. I came back after a funeral to unmade beds and no clean towels. Very disappointing.

The Expedia app shows that there is a pool at the facility, with pictures and all. This was a main reason of me booking this property. When I arrive the clerk at the front desk informed me that the pool is not available. My children were very disappointed and this ruined our stay.
