This was our second visit and we weren’t disappointed. Fabulous hotel, very family friendly and for those looking for a quiet break - it suits everyone. Can’t find any faults. Fantastic staff, really couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The Hotel is directly on the beach front, a great location as a base for visiting the local area. Don’t let the basic reception area put you off when you check in, the rest is much nicer!

This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. The fridge was as always stocked with bottles of water and Jersey Milk in a carton and not in little pots which was a nice touch. We ordered Room Service a couple of times and that was very good also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, our room had an ocean view which was so nice and hearing the sea was so calming and relaxing.

Staff very professional and very friendly. Our room in the west wing, a deluxe double with sea view and balcony was excellent. Lots of options to dine but the food and especially the wine were very expensive. Loved the seafood tasting menu in the Grill restaurant but again pricey. Will return ASAP.
