Lovely people, very comfortable.

Friendly staff at check-in and out. Wifi issues were dealt with immediately and very apologetic and polite about it. While the hotel might be on the older side, our room was clean and tidy, with all that we needed. Great location, with cheap eats across the road and a 7 Eleven just around the corner. Plenty of shopping, with 2 big malls close by and cheap Grab cars into the city. The staff are really nice and Newlands. A pleasant stay.

Overall its sooooo teribble! My room is without the tv channel and when i told the front desk, suprisingly their answer is "Don't know how to check the tv & don't know whay to do".OMG!! Worse thing is there's no lift to go up, need to climb the staircase up & down with our luggage. Not recommended at all. Will regret for the whole entire days of yr stay & spoilt your holiday mood guys!!

Everything was great. I always book this hotel when I'm going to jb, it has become my favorite hotel to stay in when I'm in jb. Convenient location, staff was friendly and helpful.
