Nice gated community that was very clean. Great Ocean View. Close to grocery and Beach Park. There's AC, but if it's running, the intake compressor unit is out back and blows hot air. So we would turn AC off when enjoying the view.

Private beach access.Unit was well stocked including beach supplies (coolers, chairs, toys etc)Unit was clean with the exception of the worn throw rugs in the dining and living area..please throw these away! Also appreciated the great water pressure and air conditioning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vi havde den skønneste oplevelse med denne feriebolig. Ved check ind blev man mødt af en meget venlig medarbejder, der viste rundt i boligen.Boligen havde den mest fantastiske udsigt fra terrassen- ud over havet. Boligen var godt indrettet, var ren og pæn og der var et veludstyret køkken.Vi var 4 voksne og to børn (7 og 11 år) og det fungerede fint. Vi tog 2 strandstole ud på terrassen, for der var kun 4 spisestole. Det eneste minus var, at airconbeholderen var placeret midt på terrassen- og afgav meget varme og tog meget plads på terrassen, der ikke var kæmpestor - især ikke til 6 personer. Alt i alt en skøn bolig med et fint pool-område samt kort gå- tur til en lille strand velegnet til snorkling.
