Loved the resort, great location, our unit E02, not so much. Very musty, damp, floor was filthy. They were very responsive to my complaints, but reconsider if booking E02. Would go back again.

The place was nice! Nothing fancy, but big and with a good kitchen. The patio was nice, but looked out onto the public beach where some rough locals were constantly hanging out. Great walking distance to tourist trap area.

Easy late check-in option. Wonderful views of the ocean. Easy walking into town. Perfect space for two. Lovely outdoor space on patio and outdoor dining around the pool.

Awesome guest service. Very generous, kind and friendly reception managers. We had a chance for late check out and communication for check in with a door code was easy and fast. Refill of toilett paper, soap, towels, kitchen things etc was done without asking. Details well arranged and all you need, in the center, at the beach… what do you want more?! 🤗

Clean, but dated. Staff totally friendly! My unit didn’t have the best view, but I got a reasonable price. Here for Ironman and it’s very convenient. I’d stay here again if I ever came back!

Well, we were hoping to love it. But didn’t. Here are the pros and cons: Pros Location-right on the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants Staff- front desk staff was extremely friendly Beach accessories- free use of beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and coolers Cons Dirty-hair in the shower, wad of hair just outside the door(even after cleaning crew had been by), floor not swept (hair and sand stuck to our bare feet), floor not mopped (our bare feet turned black on the bottom so we wore shoes inside). Internet never worked- we let them Know but it was never addressed during our stay Tv worked the first night but not again. We let them know but it was not addressed. No soap in the shower. They did bring some the next day after we let them know. Dryer lint filter was probably never emptied. We cleaned it out as well as picked out most of the dryer lint heading into to vent tube. Serious fire hazard. Personally, I think they need to fire their cleaning company and find one that can pay attention to details. Would I stay there again? No I don’t think so.

This property was amazing, especially for the price. It had a pool, hot tub, bbq area, AC, ocean view and everything we could want. Friendly staff and nearby there are lots of dining options and stores to buy food to prepare in the kitchen if desired. The condo was pretty clean except the sofa bed, when we pulled it out I had to sweep dirt or food off the bed before putting the bedding on for our son to sleep on it. Then had to sweep the ground under because of this. Otherwise everything else was nice and comfortable.

Excellent and cozy Kona condo! We got to check in 4 hours early and they have everything you could need to play at the beach like boogie boards, coolers, chairs, snorkles ect. We would certainly come back and sat here again.

They condo we had was nice. It was mostly quiet with an older crowd. The condo we were in was C3 which had a view of the pool and you could see the ocean, but unless you want to see people from your condo and they you I would suggest a higher floor. Otherwise the condom itself was accomadated with pots,pans,towels.etc. Close to the little town with several restaurants & souvenir shops. We would go back again but with a higher view of the ocean. Thanks!!

Staff was great. The screen door to the patio in unit E-3 is a pain to open. It could use some work. Other than that, happy with the stay, and would stay again on my next visit to Kona.

We love everything about this place -- the location, our balcony that gives us front row seats to crazy waves crashing into the lava-rock shoreline, the proximity to good restaurants, the helpful staff, and the spectacular sunsets! We would love to come back soon!

We like a very much the quiet and the large and big apartment. We only have a problem with the noise dorin 1 night because of some motor of the air conditioning. The beach and the pool are very nice and the barbecue very good

Great room with a lanai & full ocean view. They provide a ton of amenities- washer,dryer, pool towels,all kitchen necessities including dish soap, coffee filters & coffee packets. Bathroom had shampoo & conditioner, extra towels + blow dryer. Overall this was a great place to stay especially for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the condo was roomy and cozy. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is because the pool was having maintenance done 4 out of the 6 days we were there and we weren’t made aware prior. Also, the extra linens for the pull out bed were soiled. But having a washer and dryer in the condo it was an easy fix.
