The front desk staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The hotel is new and clean. The only thing I didnt like were that the mattresses were very firm and not comfortable for me.

Great stay thank you. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Room was quiet no external of internal noises. Lady at the front desk, sorry I don’t know her name, was excellent. Very helpful and full of information.

The woman at check in was really friendly; easy and quick check in. After that, there were a lot of little issues but the final straw was the blood stains on the bedside lamps shade and the hair *all* over the bathroom. When I decided to leave early, the woman at the desk was aggressive and super rude. It felt unnecessary.

Dishonest and sneaky! When i booked on Expedia, I checked the pet option to see if there were any fees, there was none listed, even though i selected that i had a pet So i get to the hotel to check in and the desk person says there is a $30 fee for each pet. I explained that I checked Pet option on Expedia, she said its a local fee, not anything to do with Expedia. She said ok when i explained again, leading me to believe there would be no charge. then when i checked out there was a fee of $30 for extra purchases. Im not sure who I am most disappointed in; Expedia for not saying there was a fee, or the sneaky hotel owners adding separate fees for ‘local charges’

windows in the room were dirty with fingerprints at ~ waist height so obviously from a child-we didn't have a child with us so had to be from previous tenant at some time and the sink in the bath room had water spots on the tap that easily wiped off.

Hotel was great but front desk woman was rude

Room was fine. Clean and pleasant but the customer service person I checked in with was horrible. Unfriendly. Rude. No smile. No social interaction capacity…. Or just not interested.
