Property appeared newly refurbished and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Check in was smooth and there was ample free parking on site. The hotel is located fairly close to shops, restaurants, Riverside park and Kamloops viewpoint. A most welcome bonus was that there was an outdoor pool that was included. There was also breakfast included which was great but limited to things like granola bars, fresh fruit, muffins, tea coffee, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioner was extremely loud. The plumbing from other units created this loud squealing sound when the shower was used. Also there were some small beetles in the room that were on me and my kids.

It was just okay. Not terrible. But not amazing. Pool was VERY cold and had no towels. Needed to contact front desk. Had to pass a group of men at the bottom of the stairs sitting drinking and smoking - which felt uncomfortable. Room was poorly lit.
