The room was incredible. It was not just clean but beautifully decorated and cozy. It was exactly what we were looking for for a night away. The bed was comfortable (probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in) and we even had little Christopher elbow chocolates waiting for us on the bed. It was the little touches that made the stay so lovely. You can also explore the sister hotel, The Truitt during your stay which is within walking distance down the street. The instructions for check in were easy to follow and seamless. Overall highly recommend!

My room at the Aida was clean and incredibly decorated, smelled amazing everywhere, had easy no contact check in, AND they left me complimentary fancy chocolates which was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

The hotel was stunning and I felt comfortable as a sole traveler. Parking was easy and the staff was very helpful. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars and great is because the sheets were stained and on my last morning there was a little tiny wormy in the sheets. It grossed me out, so I checked the entire bed. Thankfully it was the only one, but there was a dead fly by the lamp. Great room and the mattress is a Casper (so comfortable). The heater didn’t work in the bathroom; but there was a space heater, which was helpful.

The room we stayed in 3B was a decent experience for the most part. Location is the greatest for visiting local museums, just a few minutes walk away. A few minimal things with the room. During our stay it was between 20-30 degrees F outside. The heating in the room (even maxed out) struggled to keep up leaving the room cold and especially the bathroom. Even with both the heaters maxed out. Wife’s biggest complaint was the cold and lack of a area with good lighting to get ready. The room and bathroom even with the lights at max, are very dim.

I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM. It was cold out and I wanted to get into the hotel, check in and get up to my room. There was a number posted at the entrance for after hours service, which I called. Ryan answered and I identified myself. He found the reservation and instructed me to complete the electronic check in which apparently they had texted to me. He would not allow me to enter the hotel before I did so. I asked him again to admit me and he refused. Then he said "It might be best if I cancel the reservation", which he did. After more than 40 years of travel all around the world, I cannot remember ever having a more rude experience.
