The property needs to be renovated, very out dated. Plumbing work is needed, Staff is very nice but can only use the resources they have to make a pleasant stay for their guest.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It appears the property is undergoing upgrades, as maintenance crews were working in the rooms during my stay. The hallways had noticeable cigarette and marijuana odors. I also noticed the pet policy has changed, and pets are no longer allowed. The room was in below‑average condition, with no trash cans and visible stains on the walls. The location is convenient for attending sporting events. With continued maintenance and cleaning, the property has potential to improve.

The property was more like a slumlord apartment complex than a corporate business. There was no comforter on the bed just a blanket with a large bleach stain the should’ve thrown away a long time ago (my opinion) so I decided to sit in the chair only see a large white stain. Which my was cue to exit and request a refund just to make it to the lobby where 10 other guests were doing the same thing

Hi the room was dirty there were ants and roaches in the room The bed was elevated my guess to prevent bed bugs. The best thing was the location it is about a 20 min walk to the Truman Sports Complex
