My wife and I stayed here and we were quite impressed. We love the no shoe policy, the cleanliness, and the view from the balcony was entertaining. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee every morning of our stay, out on the balcony soaking in Kauai’s best views! Definitely would recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, sundries. Updated HVAC units, but used open windows and natural breeze to keep unit cool. Pool was clean and accessible when my wife used it. The unit was close to a very busy and noisy road. this was the only drawback, with road noise at night the only issue if you left the windows open. But this was overshadowed by the view and the well maintained unit.
