Booked the family poolside suite. Was amazing. Three beds (one very large and two small). The beds were so soft and comfy, but they could give a few more pillows (small minor thing) for us that love pillows. The pool was always amazingly clean. The hallways were constantly being tended to by staff. Everyone was very nice and polite. If you want the room changed/cleaned you need to ask. We were not aware of that but they cleaned it last minute for us anyways (probably off the clock. Such nice people). Walk to the beach was about 3 mins. Food and massage within 1 meter of the hotel. Amazing location. Beautiful property. Will definitely stay again.

Cleanliness acceptable. Great location. Amenities modern and adequate. Only issue is they are stingy with toilet paper. They have 2 thin rolls for family of 4. Despite me asking for more, they did not seem to understand. The level of English in the staff is very limited.

Nice place to stay close to central kata . Good room and bed liked the choice of pools but didn't like music starting around the pool at 10 am. ok for mid afternoon but otherwise had a good stay. The breakfast was fair only.

Great stay

Had a good stay had pool access room which was good across from massage place. Nice and quiet. But the pool bar was not very loud very loud music we were the only ones there we love to talk to people at pool bars. And no pool towels at property was a little issue . Great location and the little Laneway was great for meals and drinks

Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing, unsafe, disasterous stay with zero help from hotels.com We booked a 5 night stay and checked out less than 24 hours into it. We booked another hotel in Kata which best suited our family. Powertools left unattended next to the pool. Bits of wire, rubble and rubbish left everywhere including at the top of the slide. Dirty stagnant water everywhere. If you're looking for a family hotel, this isn't it.

We booked a three bed room and they gave us a two bed room that took a while to sort out. They did eventually give us a three bed room

Där var en full rysk man som attackerade min sambo och stod och stirrade och visslade efter mig. Fruktansvärt obehagligt. Otrevlig personal som lät mannen stanna kvar på hotellet och gjorde ingenting för att hjälpa oss. Vägrade ge oss återbetalning för resterande nätter så vi kunde flytta trots att vi kände oss obekväma och rädda för mannen. Rummen var jättefina som tur var eftersom vi spenderade mesta tiden där pga händelsen. Kommer absolut inte besöka detta hotell igen.
