We enjoyed the pool bar. Service was a little slow as there was only one bartender. He was doing his best it was busy. The king size bed was comfortable, no extra blanket in the room, didnt like the long black hair on the clean wash cloth by the sink or that the glass shower door wouldn't close all the way.

Yeah the room was clean and the staff was great Only issue was delayed check in an issue with the computer system delayed like 15 minutes no big deal

This room and Property is not as they describe it, I paid $649 per night for a room with a balcony facing the pool?? I got this old and small room with a broken door and a balcony facing a construction in the rear parking lot. The elevator was broken and from desk staff was not friendly. I left and move to another facility after my first night and canceled the rest of my state at the double tree.
