As we arrived we were greeted by the night attendant. The hotel was clean however after we arrived to our room there was a stench of wet carpet and the shower drain drained extremely slowly. We complained in the morning and we we immediately changed to a different room. The shower drained perfectly and the room smelled better. The amenities were nice. The attendances were nice but it was a hit or miss. Also because of our issue we were treated to a free breakfast by the hotel which was very nice. Other than that, the stay was overall good but if you are looking for an upscale stay look elsewhere however if you want a clean place and don’t mind some of the experience to be challenging this is the place. The price was also very competitive compared to other hotels in the area.

There was a highschool football event at the hotel and my room was on the same floor as the highschoolers. They were loud the entire time I was there. Next time I will confirm my room through the hotel instead of a third party service.

The room was nice. We had dinner at the property restaurant and some drinks from the bar. Everything was nice. I enjoyed that there was access to golf cart rentals and we were able to conveniently go places without having to take our cars. There are plenty of shopping and little restaurants around town.

This property is under construction and wasn’t warned before purchasing. You can’t enjoy the pool cuz of the grinding metal drilling and generator running constantly. Our first room was freshly painted and the fumes were unbearable that I asked to be relocated. The hotel was miserable till 430-5pm so if you expect to relax by the pool or inside your room think about another hotel stay. I will say the staff here was very nice, understanding and helpful and I know the construction is out of their hands. But the website should’ve had an advisory to these issues

Almost everything was perfect! Liked location for being quiet and the transportation to the city center! Rooms renovated, clean and nice. Pool large for a hotel with plenty of space for lounging. Did not use the restaurant - no comments about this one.

Free airport shuttle. Free shuttle to Duval St every hour. Recently remodeled. Great chocolate chip cookies daily.
