The hit tub was not very clean and temperature was not satisfying the hot tub jet not strong and water very murky.No towels in the pool area had to go to front desk.The one room 251 the heater was blowing cold air untill i put it up to 26 to heat the room up.Staff was exaclent though.

We had a horrible experience . I have never ever seen this kind of service in Canada before. Breakfast was horrible, cleanness was horrible, costumer service was horrible. A lot of noise at night. We did not sleep at all. We booked there for 2 nights but because of theses many problems left the hotel at second night!!!

I think the biggest thing they could improve on is painting the pool making the area feel more inviting as well as the gym. Just touching up in away that makes people want to use the facilities. I choose this hotel based on the pool and hot tub but didn't not use either.

Looks to be well maintained kids had a lot of fun swimming. The rooms were clean. The location is in a pretty busy area with a whole bunch of fast food and it’s still in its own little oasis away in the quiet staff were lovely. I was here with my children and they were so excited about the pool and to be in a hotel room they made noise not too much to bother other tenants, but there was no complaints. Staff have been wonderful all smiles. great experience I would recommend this location for a hotel in Kingston

Lovely place and staff for this price point

Lovely stay and a great h/motel considering the price point. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating to find a room I would find quiet. And wonderfully quiet it was indeed - no traffic noise, no elevator sounds, no piping sounds, no sounds from adjacent rooms! Breakfast used real plates, not one-time usage. Kids liked the pancake machine and the fruit. Pool was a hit with the kids. The jacuzzi was warm but didn't work otherwise. As a detail, I loved the todo list style papers and pens - a small thing that kept me away from my phone during the night and morning, as I could log all thoughts the traditional way.

This hotel reminds me of staying over at a relatives apartment that you don’t know very well and staying there was your cheapest option while travelling. They are weird about you using their mid towels and leave several threatening notes around the room and lobby reminding you that they do not want you to steal these tiny, crappy towels and you have to ask permission to use the towels for the pool. Breakfast was fine, but you’re exhausted because the room you stayed in was underneath the laundry room or your insomniac Aunt’s bedroom where you can hear them walking around and dropping things the ENTIRE night. On top of this nothing is actually ready when you arrive, even though you called ahead to make sure it would be because you’re tired and have been travelling a lot. You also have to pull out your Club for your car for the first time on the trip because when you go out to get your charger from the car, there is a creepy creeper literally sitting in their car staring at you and your car whole the hotel staff smoke pot while on duty.
