No heating at all, my room was at 16 degrees, 2 times they said they will come reset but never did. Woke up frozen, told the day staff they said they will credit my parking fee $6 for My troubles. Not a care in the world

We were very late checking in but were met by two very friendly staff members. Our room was clean and looked new. Only issue was the toilet was so low to the ground that it made getting up and down very difficult to us two seniors. Free breakfast was quite good and the area was kept very clean.

My stay was not satisfactory. I intended to relax and watch a movie in my room . The TV remote was not working so i had to call for service. They replaced the remote . Five minutes into the tv movie ( no pay per view options) the satellite shut down and froze. My daughters down a few floors had no issues with their tv or remote.
