The balcony was filthy we told them and they cleaned it 12 hrs later we paid for water front and couldn't got on the balcony it was to dirty. It took the young man 1 hour a 40 min to clean that's how dirty it was. Full of dead bugs all over, even under the chairs, it hadn't been cleaned in weeks im sure.

Fine for a stop over on our way to Montreal but we found the air con in the rooms to be very noisy and in need of modernisation. Also the corridors were very noisy with doors slamming throughout the night.

Great location! Carpet in hallway are stained. The walls of the room had visible water damage, had a damp smell to the room, the tub drain was also partially plugged. We got a 2 queen bedroom but was only given one chair on the balcony…I guess the other person just stands; and the floor (2nd) was noisy. Doors slamming all night and morning. Cost does not match the experience

I was worried to book a room through Expedia. We have always called and booked a room through the hotel to make sure we had harbour front for the Kingston Poker Run. We took a chance and had the best room in 10 years of going there. The check in and out was super fast. No problems at all.

Was disappointed with the check in time, my notifications from Expedia were 3:00 pm, however, the hotel when trying to check in indicated it was 4 o’clock, and the rooms weren’t ready. It would’ve been nice to have notification of the change of check-in times.

right on the waterfront, can walk to all important amenities... convenience store, cafes, restaurants, shops, salons, gorgeous waterfront area with tonnes of seating area, parking was pricey but extremely convenient and was worth the price as it's right there and you can go and go as you please with ease. our room was RIGHT by the elevator and I was worried it would be noisy with all the foot traffic...it wasn't , the room was nice and quiet. the pool is clean and renovated and has million dollar views, feel like you are actually out on the lake. breakfast buffet was extremely affordable and good variety. two of my kids ate free which made the bill crazy low. it was one of the better quality breakfast buffets we have been to. wasn't a massive spread, but it was quality food not powdered eggs etc. Waitress Sunny was more than attentive and super professional. Will be back, my kids were thrilled. The robot was cool!
