Billing very poor. They take a $100 deposit which they don't tell you about. When you find out they tell you that if there is no damage you will get it back in 5 to 7 business days if they don't find any problem. They also tell you on checkout that they will email you your bill, but they don't. Very sloppy.

We reserved a waterfront view room months a head but instead was given a marina view room and only because I stated what I reserved, however they said they didn't have a waterfront view room available. Isn't that what a reservation is for?! Therefore, they rushed to clean the marina view room and there was still garbage left out on the balcony. Also wasn't too please seeing a big centipede running across the floor!
