A slightly older hotel that has been updated beautifully and still maintains its charm, with a lovely waterfront view. Very friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Excellent location close to almost everything you’d want to see and do.

At the prices charged for accommodation and knowing there is limited parking available parking should be included in the stay as well as a complimentary breakfast for those not desiring a "sit down restaurant" type start to their day. If budget hotels can offer this so could Holiday Inn

It was what advertised. I was surprised that the 2 nights were at a different price but I had not read my reservation correctly so I am partially to blame. The parking lot security system was defective but I got a partial refund. All in all I would return for a stay if I came back to Kingston.
