Yes. The room was spotless. I thought that the check-in process could have been less timely. We waited at least 20 minutes behind a customer who seemed not to have had difficulty with his accreditation/documentations.

I found the staff to be rude and VERY nosy. Constantly asking guests what room their in. Even making our friends sign in; I've NEVER heard of that. I felt uncomfortable being their and I was a guest. Friendly staff and clean lobby. Outdated rooms with worn out furniture, appealing broken, noisy bathroom fan dripping shower and hair in the tub and sink room is very small beds comfortable beds, clean good size TV good parking.

Was charged an additional $200 on the “accusation” that smoking occurred in the room. Front desk staff had no proof, the detectors in room used to detect smoke did not go off, I explained no smoking took place, yet they still charged the extra fee. Escalating this to Customer Relations, and further if need be.

Breakfast was great. Having eggs and sausage was a nice change to the average continental breakfast of just cereal and donuts. The lady running it stayed on top of everything and provided excellent customer service! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

There was a hockey tournament and the hotel was taken up by 8-10 year old boys. They let them play stick hockey all night in the hallways and first thing in the morning. Kids were banging up against the door to my room and food and garbage all in the hallway. Their parents didn’t care.
