Beautiful hotel, only issues are change of bedding doesn’t seem to have been done since previous room guests for the sheets were dirty with traces of pubic hair etc. we slept on the mattress pad and removed the pillow cases and put towels on pillow cases. We understand the concern about the environment etc but with cases of measles and other diseases around, is it really worth not washing the bedding from 1 guest to another? We stayed in London, England last December 2024 and they change the bedding every 3 days while we were there for 12 days and yes, the bedding was very clean when we arrived. As for breakfast, I’ll save from paying for breakfast at hotel and prefer other outside restaurants, the whipped butter in the jar was not even nice to look at so please bring back the little butter and jam packets.

For the Money, Not Very Good

It was generally good in that the spacious room was very comfortable and mostly clean. I did notice some soiling on the couch and on the carpet. The part that was most unsettling was the obvious whiskers in the bathroom sink. That indicated a very poor cleaning job at one the most important areas.

The only issue that was kind of ridiculous was that the TV could not be viewed from the sofa or the bed . No place to sit in the suite from where you could sit and watch TV. Not water had to run 6 - 7 minutes before you got warm water . The place was beautiful and deserved a 10 if the above small issues were taken care of .

The service was absolutely horrendous! I booked the hotel well in advance and we had a family emergency so we couldn’t go but, they wouldn’t allow me to cancel or change the date so, we lost over $1000!!!!! Will never stay at Homewood Suites. I’ve always been a loyal Marriott customer but, thought I’d give this hotel a try but, what a mistake that was! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

We stayed here on April 23, 2025. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was bright and clean. The room was large. They had a manager's light buffet in the evening which was wonderful. And breakfast in the am was also wonderful! We would recommend this hotel.

We had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The weekend breakfast buffet used disposable plates, cutlery, and cups, which was a bit disappointing. However, the weekday buffet offered a wider selection of food and used real dishes and cutlery, which was much appreciated.
