Our overall stay was good. The hotel was clean quiet and in a great location. Parking was tight due to UTK game. The reason I didn’t give 5stars is the carpet in our room felt sticky and dirty. They need to shampoo the carpets on a regular basis. Second reason they need more furniture in the rooms another chair and table or something we need a place to sit to put on make up, lol!

Needs Major Repairs, Very Unpleasant

We were on the 4th floor. Stayed there for my grandson’s first Vols football game, the hotel is in need of major repairs and upgrades; the room was outdated, lamps and shades were broken and had holes, television didn’t work, the bathroom was in terrible condition, with sealant peeling away from the walls and floor, the ceiling had water damage and shower and walls were also in bad condition. Overall the smell is quite unpleasant once you enter.
