The staff were so friendly, and they send a longboat to pick you up and drop you off from the pier - free of charge + help with your bags. It was super helpful. Arrange in advance.
The chalet was clean and the aircon worked great. I preferred the larger one, as the smaller one had the aircon situated right by the bed, so it was always blowing on your face if you don’t adjust the position of the vent with your hand. Since it’s turned off when you leave, I would always forget to adjust it until I got in bed and had to get up to move it from my face.
There is a lovely beach nearby that’s breathtaking. Taking a private boat to Monkey Bay, Maya Bay, and Bamboo was amazing. I didn’t want to be with tons of people, so I went the private route. It was awesome.
This part of Phi Phi is much more chill and laid back. It’s small and everything closes early. If this vibe is what you’re after - it’s amazing. If you’re looking for crazy parties, this isn’t the place for you. I would 100% go back.
Note: the call for prayers can wake you up at sunrise, and it’s very close to the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper, it might wake you up. It didn’t bother me.
