Staff explained well the dining experience, what to expect and how to eat and the food served. Onsen was great. Kobe to this place was only 1 bus ride and direct. Then just walk leisure 3mins to the hotel.

Very nice hotel. The half board option is great. The food quality is super for the dinner portion. The breakfast is alright. The onsen facility is good. The staff is very helpful and service is top notch. The hotel is very near to the bus terminal, which is very convenient.

The location is simply amazing, just at the doorstep of shopping street and staff service and hospitality is simply top-notch and sincere. The property is a little dated but it is clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast is also exceptionally authentic and delicious! Totally enjoyed a memorable stay here with the family!

Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Location is good and convenient. Shops and restaurants everywhere. We could also find a catholic church nearby which is only a few minutes walking distance from the hotel. We really had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Ryokan with great hot spring and kaiseki meals !

The ryokan was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was very easy to find and located next to the bus station. We arrived a bit before 3pm and were able to check in right away. The dinner and breakfast were awesome and we love both the gold and silver onsen there. It was a great experience and we would recommend this ryokan to people who are visiting the Arima Onsen area.

地點方便，巴士下來上斜路第一間就是了，酒店旁邊就是商店街的開端，方便購物 。 房間內設施十分新淨和現代化 。TV有netflix的傳統溫泉酒店真的不多 。所有要求都可透過手機menu解決，十分方便不會日文的遊客. 食物一流，員工服務態度也十分好。
