Fah went above and beyond in every way, and the fact that she shared a birthday with Donovan made the experience even more meaningful. She made sure it was celebrated in such a thoughtful, personal way that we’ll never forget. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. Sai, the manager, was equally amazing. You can tell how much pride he takes in creating an exceptional guest experience. Everything felt seamless, elevated, and truly special because of his leadership. Together, they created moments that went far beyond what you expect from a luxury stay. We left feeling so well taken care of and already can’t wait to come back.

We recently spent a few unforgettable days at Conrad Koh Samui in a stunning two-bedroom villa, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip.
