This is a very pretty boutique hotel with an eclectic design in the hotel rooms. The staff are pleasant but not overly helpful. The location is excellent for restaurants, shopping and transportation. The hotel is within walking distance of many tourist sites and attractions.

The location is excellent. In the middle of TST district with the night clubs and nice restaurants along the street. They open until late night. Also some local restaurants with reasonable prices and real taste of Hong Kong are in the same neighborhood.

Property was very basic, think hostel but in a private room. Room was serviced daily, bed was back breaking, only reception staff, not much around the area. There are high turn over of tourist and only two lift make it seem forever to get to your room. But it did its job.

Highly recommended

This was a short 24-hour layover after 10 days in Southern China. The Luxe Manor is a great hotel, very conveniently located. So many restaurant options nearby! The staff is very nice. The rooms are perfect.

Hotel decor different from most modern hotels. If you like it, it’s ok ; otherwise you would feel it’s dated. Room size is good especially in Tsimshatsui area. Staff is helpful n courteous! I may stay there again next time I visit Hong Kong if the rates is still good compared to other hotels in or around the area!

Great location (except when trying to sleep)

Good location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, in walking distance of mass transit, the waterfront & many eateries. Staff were efficient & helpful. However my room unfortunately faced some late night bar/restaurants & the noise did make sleeping difficult (even with earplugs). Room was also unusually cold even after turning off the air conditioning.

The highlight of the property was the service. Front desk staff and housekeeping was amazing and helpful. Everyone was very kind. The rooms were clean but somewhat dated. Hotel was very walkable and subway access was very easy. Good food options nearby. Very busy part of town but hotel was quiet. Enjoyed the water dispensing fountain. Would stay here again for the service and location.
