The laundry room is nice to have on offer but the machines automatically add toxic fabric softener and detergent (smelly and unsafe) and you can't choose not to have it added. The fitness room is large but has almost no equipment and zero resistance machines. It is also poorly air conditioned and has no thermostat. The room has a master switch, it needs to be on for any of the room lights to work but it keeps the main lights on so it's impossible to just have a night light or bedside light on by itself. The rooms have a terrible, inefficient layout. There is loud bass noise, sometimes called music in SE Asia, that plays even late at night in the common areas. The bath towels are cheap!! Lots of irritating little problems and no attention to detail which is very common in KL. But for a Marriott property at this price? Unacceptable.
