LOVE!!! We loved our stay! Right in the centre of shops, pubs, mini mart, transport and a few KM away from Beachwalk shopping mall. There was some noise at night from the surrounding pubs but it is too be expected being in the centre of everything. Buffet breakfast was the best out of all hotels that we stayed in, we stayed in 6 hotels in total :P Highly recommend this place, the staff are very nice and accomodating.

Disappointed with some aspects of service! We were told to go back into our room so could do a photo shoot! Bit hard when your room is right on pool! Complementary water was only complementary 2 of the 5 days I stayed apparently. Family in another room had same issue plus didn’t get room made up 2 days at all! When leaving asked for taxi to be called sent to taxi desk, were he refused to call a Blue Bird taxi cause he didn’t work for them, man behind desk ignored the situation and served someone else! A broken coffee cup that the handle snapped off when it was used for the purpose of drinking coffee was charged on leaving at the outrageous amount of 120,000 rupiah YES $12.00aus for a cheap black mug... best bit is the toothbrushes that at no point were informed costed $$$$ billed at leaving 10,000 rupiah... each! thanks but no thanks Hotel Neo! Won’t be back or recommend you to anyone I know... same really you had potential...

Great Hotel close to everything!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is walking distance to the beach, beachwalk mall, nightclubs, resturants, kuta square and monument. The rooms are fantastic and the staff are always helpful. Massages and body scrubs available on premises. I would definitely come stay again!

I would definitely stay at NEO again

Pros: The room, the staff, the buffet breakfast. The whole expecience.
Cons: I genuinely don't have any complaints
Location: Right in the heart of Legion and close to everything you need. That's the reason I decided to stay at Hotel Neo and I wasn't disappointed.
Every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was great with heaps of choices, the room was extremely clean and the staff were fantastic. I really would recommend staying at Hotel Neo.

Standard hotel

Air con didn't work very well beds were extremely uncomfortable .. The breakfast food was really average not much choice at all and was always cold .. Very noisy hotel as it is right down the ally from sky garden etc ..

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
