My flight was due to get in very late and I wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport. I got in around 1:00 a.m. and there was staff there to greet me. Everybody was nice and kind and very helpful. I felt safe. The breakfast was good and these surrounding area was very walkable

Beautiful resort located a short stroll to German beach. Pretty gardens. Swim-up bar is a lot of fun. Cocktails were good. Great staff. Lovely restaurant with lots of choices.

Room was great, but did not care for the sauna type shower which smelled moldy. Bed was comfortable and AC was sufficient. Food portions were smallish except for the banana fritters.

It’s a run down hotel. The rooms need refurbishment. The cupboards on the fridge don’t close. The tiles are broken and a few insects get into the room from the doors. The breakfast use to be fantastic but now average. The staff at reception need training. We have been a valued customer for many years. Been staying at this hotel Over 55 times. Asked for a single airport pick up Of which the hotel Is 10 minutes away from the airport and they wanted $20. When I pushed back they eventually accepted hut e damage was already done. They offered a free return an I said I don’t need the return just needed the pick up and the first answer was NO. Very disappointing but they have now accepted the pick up And we will pay for the return. The deluxe room has a bath shower. Very dangerous when getting out so please be careful if you have knee problems or are elderly. The war we’re from the bath leaks onto the floor as well as they have curtains over the shower. Very run down but has potential. The pool is lovely and warm and some Of the staff are amazing as they are in every hotel.

The pool and surrounds are gorgeous. Our room was enormous, luxurious, and the bed was amazing. It’s a very peaceful location, and might be most suitable for people seeking a relaxed atmosphere.

Only stayed one night but felt it was a little unfriendly compared to the many other places in Bali we have stayed. Room was excellent but pool far too small and back area fully shaded so no sun at all. Staff were lovely but guests not so much.
