Good hotel

Pros: Great location, close to shopping centre and restaurants. Walking distance to Kuta Beach. Staff are very friendly and i would return for the staff and location. Brekkie is great. Cons: Had a pool access room however very noisy from people above in other rooms esp during the night. The walls are paper thin and can hear people talking. The rooms are dark and the bathroom in particular esp having to put makeup on. Difficult to get in and out of pool as the ladder was hard to step up on. Unfortunately no sun where the sun beds are. Paid for pool access with mini bar and hotel did not honour the mini bar or provide a refund.

Lovely place to rest with beautiful pool

We had a lovely stay at the hotel with nice breakfasts. The pool is great very inviting. With full blackout curtains, it was so easy to sleep in. Only negative was the signs that curtains need to be replaced very soon.

We stayed for 2 weeks at The Rani, only used the pool once as we were out and about, pool doesn’t get all day sun. Room was nice and spacious, comfortable big bed, staff were all friendly, buffet breakfast was ok, Over all a nice place for the price.
