Almont Hotel Kyoto has a fantastic location near the station, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are a good size for Japan. They also have the laudry service which come helpfull during the Japan holidays, and also a artificial onsen. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for exploring Kyoto!

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is a short walk to Kyoto station and many restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the communal bath is great after walking around the city all day. My only suggestions for improvement are better wifi and a better breakfast buffet. The wifi was unstable (my phone would randomly disconnect then reconnect) and the breakfast buffet seemed to lack variety.

great location and service!

it wasn't much to look at from the outside, but the interior was very modern and updated. the room was extremely comfortable, quiet, and met all my needs. from check in and throughout the stay, staff was welcoming and helpful. the location was easy walking distance to the main train station.
