This was a very approaching hotel with Kyoto train station 2 minutes walk! The facilities were good but laundry service was expensive we had to take these to closest laundry machine which is 10 minutes walk! However, we will book it again for closest to Kyoto station and luxurious room and buffet breakfast!

Room was clean, but very outdated as was the other visible areas of the hotel. The lobby is what you see in the images online, but clearly not all the rooms are updated to what you see online. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Also this hotel is right across from the train station. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Received a room upgrade, so what we stayed in would not be typical. Clean and well appointed. The window into the shower (from the bedroom) is always a weird choice, but there is at least a blind.
