The experience was outstanding and our room and the service was impeccable! The staff were extremely hospitable and very helpful throughout our stay. Stunning!!

Absolutely gorgeous stay in Kyoto! On our last trip, we stayed at the Four Seasons, but this hotel is very similar for a much lower cost. Amazing design, brand new, thoughtful staff, and lovely bar and restaurant.

The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful however this would be a property I would choose for work and not for vacation. It’s a bit of a walk to the train station with limited offerings for food and experiences.
