The location was excellent, close to the Kyoto train station. The initial point of the meeting is not at the location but is close to the Kyoto station and they provide good information and a map about the area. It was great for our family, clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. It will be great if they had a couple of basic amenities like a coffee maker (they had coffee powder but no machine or filters), salt, laundry detergent, etc. There is a kitchen that you can use to make breakfast in the morning. The equipment in the house is all in Japanese so it took us some trial and error to figure out how things work since there is no English translation. Overall it was very good but for the price, the amenities should be better as we compare with other places we stayed in Japan.
