I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — the bed made for a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and nearby attractions. I really appreciated the small touches like complimentary water, quality toiletries, and the overall quiet atmosphere. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was great. Really good breakfast buffet included. Clean, great staff. Room bigger than a lot of the hotels in Japan that we stayed in. We had no idea what to expect so it was a pleasant surprise how nice it was. We will seek out the Hearton Hotel chain when we visit other cities in Japan. Convenient location just steps from subway station that gives easy access to whole city.

Hotel is located very near to the train station, very easy to move around. All the staff here are very friendly and helpful, We have problem adjusting the air-cond temperature as it’s in Japanese. The staff is very helpful. He printed a translated instructions in English and went all the way up to our room to ensure we managed to get the setting right. The room we stayed was a bit small but comfortable with good amenities. Coin laundry available on every second floor. The only improvement we’d like to suggest is add another dryer as washer took 30mins and dryer needs 60mins. During peak hour, hotel guests need to wait very long before they can get the clothes dry.

Room was very nicely sized as well as the bathroom. Very clean and night facility. Hallways by the rooms would get loud at night by other guests. Staff was helpful and kind although I needed to deliver my luggage to my next hotel and two different staff members gave me conflicting information about the arrival date. Besides that a very nice safe hotel close to many restaurants and the metro.
