Fantastic location, literally across the street from Kyoto station with tons of shopping and dining in the area. Rooms were small for Americans but larger than some I have had in Japan. And really you're paying for the location.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient since it's right across the street from Kyoto station, making transportation access very easy. Their's also a coffee shop and restaurant on the first floor. I highly recommend!

Room is good size. Taking a high step to bathroom could be difficult for someone with knee problem. Washer and dryer might not accept coins but pay on line which is confusing. Great location to bus station and train station.

Location is a 10/10 as is service ! But this was just entirely too small of a room. No closet, no dresser, the sink doubles as the shower which was kinda cool but just goes to show how tight the space is. If you can happily live out of your suitcase while here, it’s a great choice!

The staff are very courteous and helpful. The moment we arrived we felt like we are VIPs. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the location is conveniently located ( just 5 mins away from the beautiful Kyoto station). They also have luggage storage, allowing us to explore right away. We really enjoyed our stay here and I highly recommend this hotel.
