Room was cozy and clean. Staff was friendly and had someone fluent in English. Amenities were nice and offered complimentary coffee, matcha, and tea. We stayed for 1 night and it was perfect.

The room and the rest of the hotel was very clean. As soon as you walk in there was a wonderful smell and made coming back to the hotel every day so lovely. It was very centrally located as well and the staff was so great.

Breakfast buffet was awful, which was strange considering the rest of the hotel was so nice. Who in their right mind eats meatballs with marinara sauce for breakfast? The croissants were stale and obviously leftover from the previous morning.

We loved Hotel Resol Tyoko - the staff were incredibly helpful & friendly… helping us with transport, tours, restaurants & directions. The location of the hotel is perfection… within easy walking distance to great food, transport, shopping & attractions. The staff was amazing and they have weekly events that we got to participate in! It was so much fun and in the perfect location to walk to many food places and shops and a short walk to the train station! I would stay here over and over again!
