The hotel was located in an excellent location. 7 min walk away the famous market and 2 min walk to a train station. Good sized room. The only feedback is probably needing more washing machine/dryers as there was a bit of a wait. Hotel is a bit older but clean and excellent value.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great breakfast which was included in our stay. The room was a good size and very comfortable and loved the bath house. Highly recommend this location.

I recently took a trip to Japan and during my stay decided to take the bullet train over to Kyoto. This just happened to be the hotel that I decided to stay in. My favorite part about this hotel were there enmities, as well as it being conveniently close by the imperial palace as well as train stations and places to eat. This place was overall exceptionally comfortable and I enjoyed my stay here.

LOVELIEST HOTEL! Across the street is 711. Easily a walkable location. Staff may njlot speak english very well but theyre very helpful. Theres a laundry machine 1st floor!!! Thry also give free umbrellas to use during the rain. Free amenity kits. HIGHLY REC.

I had a great experience staying in this hotel. The stuff members were very nice and helpful, located in the quiet but nice Sanjo / Shijo area of Kyoto that all the shops are walking distance, and hotel lobby is modern traditional Kyoto style. The room was normal business hotel size but the price was amazing considering the quality. It was exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
