There was a smell from the bathroom, maybe from the pipes or water, that was a bit distracting. Otherwise enjoyed our stay in a spacious room. Great location by the main train station.

Great location. Staff were nice and hotel was clean. The only thing I would mention is the laundry facility. Needs more washing machines and dryers, 3 each just not enough to cater for the entire hotel. I spent at least 3-4 hours doing laundry one night

Very good service, clean and in good condition. No hooks in the bathroom, so where to put the wet towels? Travelling with a bigger suitcase is always a challenge in Japanese hotels.

The room we stayed was outdated. The smell (moisture/ damp odor) was strong that we had to blast AC from time to time. Not sure if it's because the Bathroom Vent was broken or weak. Bed was ok, but pillows were very uncomfortable. There were only 3 Wash/Dry so imagine the hassle when you plan to wash your clothes. I had to wake up 7am to wash and yet, people are already waiting. Close to subeay which was good, some restaurants in the area around 11am opening till late night, losts of convenience stores as well. If you plan to just sleep and go, the hotel is okay. More spacious than most we've been.
