Nice hotel/ watch cleanliness

The room was really nice however, the pullout hide a bed was needed for our stay and had dog hair and crumbs in it, and the mattress was extremely coiled without padding to cover/make comfortable

Barn door for the bathroom door makes no sense at all no privacy when staying with somebody.

The room was fine & clean. The night staff member was wonderful. Breakfast was gone by 9:30am, not the 10am window they provided. When asked if there would be more made, we were told that it would take too long. Then they proceed to give a gift card to another person who “missed” out on breakfast, but we weren’t even provided an apology.

Nice place would stay again.

The staff and room were fantastic and we felt safe and comfortable. The only negative we had was that the AC unit was limited to turning down to 68° and on a very hot day it felt like it was 72 making it harder to sleep, the breakfast was fantastic And the atmosphere was very good and the pets enjoyed it.

The hotel staff were welcoming and the check in process was quick and easy. Just be sure to check your bank account because they did try to double charge me for my room. They were quick to correct it but I hope it's not a regular occurrence with this establishment. Not sure if booking through Expedia caused some sort of miscommunication, so beware when booking through a third-party. I believe our thermostat was locked out on our second night. The breakfast was good for being included with our stay. The little store inside the hotel is extremely overpriced. $3 for a can of soda, absurd. Overall, our stay was great. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and that's what really mattered most. Would stay here again but will book directly through the hotel in hopes of no double charge issues again.
