We had to transfer rooms because the key card scanner on the first room was malfunctioning, which was fine. The key card reader on the door of the second room didn't work well either (they need to upgrade their technology). The room we were transferred to was not clean. Soap scum in the bathtub and sink, and picture frame on the wall was broken with glass nearly falling out of the frame.
