The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They checked on me, while I was on the way and helped a lot when the parking lot was full, which happened a few times during the holiday weekend. The continental breakfast was minimal and all pre-wrapped, but coffee was plentiful.

Stayed here on 4th of July weekend with my teenage son. The location is perfect to enjoy Lake Placid, everything is an easy walk. The common areas are anesthetic, modern, and have a perfect view of Mirror Lake. We had a lake view room, it was beautifully designed and very spacious. The cleanliness of the room was overall very good but the baseboards did have a heavy layer of dust and debris, so I knocked off one star for that. Would definitely recommend if you’re spending time in Lake Placid!

The hotel room was very basic. Instead of curtains, there were only blinds, and there were no bedside tables next to the bed. The breakfast was disappointing, with only coffee, pastries, yogurt, and fruits available. The best thing about this hotel is its location - it's right in the city center.

The lobby is extremely nice and the location is perfect! Just park your car and walk Main Street all you want! The only thing we didn’t like was the TV. It was small for the room and we couldn’t log into Netflix. We were tired after hiking all day and just wanted to watch TV after dinner.
