My stay was suppose to be for 3 days and 2 nights. It was reduced tremendously. The room had black mold, floors were dirty. Door had a hole in it as if it was punched through. Shower was dirty, it was not clean. And did I fail to mention black mold? I immediately checked out where the service guy said I’m subjected to a refund. Still waiting on that. Since Expedia wants to act like they can not help aid that. The location is horrible it doesn’t match its pictures and it’s not what it looks like at all. This place is not safe either.

We stayed 4 nights in two rooms very close to the reception and rental car parked on the premises. Our experience was positive compared to expectations, incl:l. - friendly front desk at all times - clean pool - good cleaning when needed - comfortable beds, bathroom and A/C - 5min walk from MGM grand and onwards to the strip Unfortunately the "hotel concept" was changed so no breakfast available despite booked and paid for. Apparently a known issue but we were not informed by hotels.com until missing it the first morning and now expecting to get re-imbursement from hotels.com.

Rooms are a bit rundown, but the AC worked when it was 100+ degrees. Easy walk to the Strip and my event at the stadium- 2 travel shampoos instead of 4 bars of soap would be nice. The cleaning product they use has a very unpleasant order-It's nice that cleaning products are being used, so I can't complain too much. Lastly, the shower tube is a bit claustrophobic

Definitely never staying here again, I decided to be cheap but be close to the Tmobile arena. I should’ve listened to the reviews lol, they’re not lying there’s roaches constantly just walking around. Homeless people don’t bother, but be aware there is A LOT! Especially in this area. Rooms have an awful smell, bed sheets have cigarette burns, towels feel like sandpaper, but I spent maybe 2-3 hours in there the whole weekend by distracting myself with activities all day & night just to stay away. My fault for going this low…

Don't waste your money

It was terrible. I spent the first 2hrs cleaning because housekeeping refused to give me full service eventhough i was showing proof that it wasnt clean. I had to beg just for them to take 5m to clean the floor. The Staff is great except for the hispanic male manager who wears glasses, I believe him and head of housekeeping are the reason why most reviews are terrible.

I just wanna say that the area around this hotel is bad, when we pulled up we saw a hooker and guys dealing drugs just outside the hotel. Also the room smelled musky and moldy.
