Low key I was skeptical based off reviews but Surprisingly my stay was amazing! Friendly staff, clean room, and really cool vibe! Will definitely stay again next time we’re in down town. Hopefully we will have time to enjoy the mini golf and pool.

Property is very nice and well kept. Walking distance to casinos and clubs. However, upon our return lots of transients where sleeping on the sidewalk which made us feel a bit unsafe.

Air returns smelt of stale air and wasn't fresh, air filter needed changing, the common area walkways outside needed cleaning, pool water also smelt soiled. The bedding was good, clean shower and hot water, property was patrolled by security, just needs more TLC and maintenance.

While not the newest or flashiest of places, the Downtowner Boutique hotel fit the bill for an off of the strip quieter stay. Even though it is an obviously older building, it was in good shape and clean. Easy walking distance to the Fremont Street experience and quick to the highway for easy access anywhere else you want to go.

First time in Vegas and this place was amazing. Absolutely clean room. The staff were very friendly, I love how it’s a mini pit course inside the hotel. Im definitely coming back when I stay in Vegas and the location is steps away from Fremont experience. Thanks guys !

We traveled with toddlers so it was nice that there was a space for them to play and that it is walking distance from Freemont strip and there was dinning places and a park walking distance! I would have liked that the golf area looked as clean as the pictures it just needs a little dusting off. Most of the staff was very nice, some where just very dry not rude just no "hello" or "have a good day/night" or "how was your stay" silly I know but it makes people feel seen. Other then that would stay again.
