Decent stay. Very long line to check-in. I checked in at 3pm and the cleaning staff were still in the hallways cleaning rooms. They were also kind of in the way when trying to get to the room especially when you have a lot of luggage with you and they were also pretty loud in the hallways. The snacks in the room were average except the sour gummies which were hard and stale. I opened and tried 1 and stopped eating it after that. I called to inform them of that and they brought new jar to my room but I didn’t even want it and they still tried to charge me for that after saying they wouldn’t. Also upon checking out I was told that my snack charges would be taken off my invoice and they still tried to charge me for it. Sent me an email about needing to pay what I was told would be removed by the person who checked me out.

Even though we found ourselves a little detached from the main hustle and bustle of the strip, it was wonderful! We still walked (easily) to Wynn and other casinos to check them out. We found ourselves having plenty of things to do at the hotel and really enjoyed ourselves at the beautiful pool. We will be back again!

Overall was clean and great rooms but was giving the running around when checking in tried to pay resort fees with cash and was declined. The registration girl had to keep going to Manger and calling instead of them to come help i felt unwelcomed at this point. The girl was very patient but they need more management that care about customer service. I had to put it on my card after and they also wanted to decline the food credits I received when booking the package. It was too much back and forth that could of been avoided and was told we had a vip stay but lies didn't apply to me only.At this point i was over it and will not come back here.

Property was absolutely beautiful. I loved the fresh roses in the lobby. They are replaced daily. The room was beautiful and that tub was heavenly
